SOT ‘s object is to carry out basic public infrastructure works, namely the construction, maintenance, remodeling, expansion, earthworks, paving of structural, secondary and tertiary roads, construction, repair and cleaning of drainage ditches, basic sanitation, construction, repair and maintenance of rainwater and wastewater pipes, kerbs and sidewalks, cleaning, collection and treatment of solid waste and the sale of aggregates.
