As SOT decides to enter the business segment of direct support to Operations – Conduct of Operations (it improved its HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) management, including theProcess Safety Management component, with the aim of guaranteeing incident-free operations.
SOT identifies proven specialists (SMEs) in the Oil & Gas industry, both national and expatriate, and forms a team with the appropriate resources, developing a systematic approach to Operations Management. This approach includes a Skills Management Program, which aims to maintain its workforce with the best available knowledge to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operations.
SOT intends to implement a set of multitasking skills for Production Operations, positioning itself as a benchmark company in support of Operations in Angola.
SOT is a proven team of experts who have successfully built competent Operations and Maintenance (O&M) teams from scratch in other parts of the world, such as Mozambique and Papua New Guinea.
It should also be noted that this is a company that establishes partnerships with a number of technical schools and universities, both in Angola and abroad, in order to support its Skills Management Program and recruitment processes.
